RELAX ME NOW - Competition Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase Is necessary.

2. The competition is open to UK residents (excluding Ki4Health Ltd employees) over the age of 18.

3. The prize comprises one day’s attendance at the winner’s workplace by a qualified Neck, Back & Shoulder massager practitioner providing without charge a maximum of 15 treatments of 10 minutes or 10 20 minutes each. No more than 6 treatments shall be provided without a break of 30 minutes. The winner’s workplace must be on the mainland of Britain within 100 miles of Leeds Bradford Airport.

4. Recipients of the treatments must be employees of the company by whom the prize winner is employed and agree to complete the Ki4Health Health Screening Form. Ki4Health reserves the right to withhold treatment from any recipient on health grounds as judged by the practitioner.

5. The prize winner will be selected by Ki4Health from competition entries completed before 30th September 2006.

6. Ki4Health will contact the winner within a week of the closing date to arrange a mutually agreeable date for the practitioner’s attendance which must be before 31st December 2006.

7. The prize is not transferable to any other person or company and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.

8. The company at whose premises the prize is to take place will have to approve the attendance of the practitioner on-site on the date in question and allow Ki4Health to visit the workplace area where the treatments are to take place in advance to confirm their suitability.

9. Ki4Health reserves the right to substitute the prize to the individual entrant at its sole discretion if it is not satisfied that the treatments can be provided to its standards in the location nominated by the company.
